Good day,
I have obtained my licence as a real estate broker in 1997.
I have been working in the banking field for 28 years. Started at National Trust in 1983 and worked through different departments such as mutual funds, investments, client servicing, banking products, and directed the mortgage recovery department for the province of Quebec for 10 years.
I founded a business in 1997 specialized in the management of repossessed homes for many major banks in Quebec. Taking care of property maintenance, resale of the properties and loss recovery for the Banks from the Insurers. Also acted as property manager for private investors.
I was a successful Mortgage Broker for 4 years before I accepted the position as the Quebec Development Manager at ING DIRECT in 2007.
Proud to have won the 2009 Canadian Award as the Top Producer of the year at ING DIRECT.
In 2010, joining with Planiprêt Mortgage Agency, I am interrested in sharing my knowledge to help clients be more aware of the different market strategies and how to best handle their liabilities. Always considering the fiscal impact that we can have with your mortgage.
