Fabrice Mesnagé graduated from the prestigious École Supérieure de Commerce de Dijon (France).  He also participated in student exchange programs that allowed him to study at the University of Texas A&M (USA) and the University of Cardiff (GB). His team includes 40 collaborators, the majority of whom are accredited mortgage brokers under the banner of Planiprêt (Mortgage Planners). Fabrice's main objective is to offer a comprehensive financial service, that includes not only mortgage planning but real estate also as he is also a residential and commercial real estate broker.

Last year, Planipret Elite realised a combined volume of  700 millions dollars.  Fabrice and his team continue to set new records and enjoy strong yearly growth; a testament to the quality of the services he offers. It is important to note that it was only 20 years ago that Fabrice moved to Québec.  He is, therefore, in a great position to assist other new arrivals to Québec, as he is intimately familiar with the challenges, and opportunities, they face.
